Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Product availability, the checkout currency, shipping charges, taxes and the total payable are shown before you place your order. Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout and are also subject to their applicable terms.

If a pricing, availability or order-processing error prevents us from fulfilling an order, we will contact you. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will refund the amount paid. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Images show the product and its intended use; screen colours and small manufacturing variations may affect appearance. Stated pillow dimensions are approximate. Comfort preferences vary, and the Nexool pillow is not a medical treatment.

Delivery and returns
